I'm a bit late saying this, but I want to thank you again for the wonderful balloon job you did for my wife on Valentine's day. I was worried about having not provided you with enough advance notice, but I need not have worried. Your company provided more than was expected. You certainly deserve your superior ratings as a balloon delivery company.  I am delighted that we discovered you. I look forward to working with Up, Up and Away! for future events.
